Our yearly awards ceremony will be held on Monday May 1 at Callaghan College Jesmond Auditorium (same place as last year). To assist with catering, please RSVP by 9th April with total number of guests (just RSVP once with you total family group number so we don’t double up on additional guests) .Please note that this year a light dinner will be served before the presentation (not after). Please observe the following times: 6:00pm arrive for dinner (served outside), 6:45pm auditorium opens (find a seat), 7:00pm (sharp) ceremony begins, 8:30pm expected finish time. Please note that no food or drink is permitted into the auditorium.
